Assistant Center Director Mathnasium (Part-Time)
Join Mathnasium and help students build confidence and skills in math! As Assistant Center Director, you'll support daily operations, sales, and instruction at our learning center. This part-time leadership role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and parents, is highly organized, and thrives in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Center Director with daily operations Conduct enrollment conversations with phone and walk-in inquiries Manage student scheduling and respond to parent communication Help with progress tracking, monthly reports, and center organization Administer assessments and review results with families Assist on the instructional floor when not completing admin or sales tasks Contribute to a positive and fun learning atmosphere Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in education or customer service preferred Ability to multitask and learn new systems (Radius, Google Docs, etc.) Willingness to work evenings and some weekends Note: Must be able to understand high school math curriculum. Training provided. Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
