Join our dynamic Planning and Site Design Department, where you will play a pivotal role as a Project Manager (Civil Engineer). We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and design diverse projects across multi-use, residential, commercial, and educational sectors. This position offers the opportunity to see projects through from conception to final approval, ensuring every detail meets high standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and design projects of varying scales. Develop site designs, including stormwater management, grading, and erosion control. Conduct site investigations and research state and local design standards. Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and clients. Participate in client and municipal meetings. Engage in both drafting and designing of your projects. Qualifications: Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania. Required: Engineer in Training (EIT) certification. 5 - 10+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience in Land Development and Site Design. Familiarity with Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design. Knowledge of regulatory permitting (NPDES) and zoning approvals. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Aptitude for managing and designing multiple projects concurrently.
