Our client is looking for a Traveling Security Technician to support large government customers locally and throughout the country. This individual will also be responsible for: Installing and programming electronic security systems including but not limited to access control systems, intrusion detection and CCTV systemsAssist project management staff with creating proposals as neededMaintain project equipment and project redline drawingsAssist engineering staff with creating designs and blueprints as necessary for client sitesPerform quality control visits at customer sites as neededTrain customer personnel on the use of security systemsInstall low voltage cablingTerminate, program and test security systems and any malfunctionsSalary ranges from $70-80,000 based on experienceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Strong knowledge and experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting Intrusion Detection Systems(IDS), Internet Protocol (IP) video surveillance systems and other security systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
