New Orleans College Prep . John W. Hoffman Early Learning Center is seeking a Center Manager and Instructional Coach for the current school year. This person will assist the Executive Director with center operations, staff development, instructional coaching, and fostering a loving, kind, rigorous, and joyful culture for children and families. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coaching:

Providing differentiated, practice-based coaching and technical assistance to improve programs, understanding CLASS domains, Louisiana Birth to Five Standards, GOLD implementation, and Tier 1 curricula fidelity. Developing classroom observation schedules and individual mentor coaching plans based on observations. Offering constructive feedback and support to teaching staff, including activities and resources for growth. Analyzing and coaching teachers on teaching strategies, lesson planning, and classroom management for infants, toddlers, and pre-K. Building positive relationships with staff and collaborating to meet goals. Delivering training, observation, evaluation, and coaching both in-person and virtually using the Practice-Based Coaching Model. Conducting classroom assessments, developing action plans, and providing follow-up support. Staying updated on Louisiana childcare regulations and standards. Gathering data for individualized teacher action plans and completing coaching documentation timely. Reporting on activities and progress regularly. Professional Development and Training:

Collaborating to identify professional development needs; maintaining certifications as a Pathways trainer, Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K CLASS reliable observer, and TS GOLD inter-rater. General:

Updating classroom programs, procedures, and providing ongoing mentor coaching to promote high-quality learning and school readiness. Participating in initiatives from contracts or grants with the Louisiana Department of Education and partners. Qualifications and Education:

A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education or related fields, plus at least 3 years of early childhood experience with increasing responsibility. Certification in TS Gold, CLASS, and Pathways within 3-6 months of hire is expected. Knowledge of early childhood development, regulations, data use, and communication skills are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Benefits:
