Position Overview
The Customer Service Agent at
Vintage Realty Company
serves as the primary liaison between tenants, property management, and vendors in a commercial property setting. This role ensures tenant satisfaction by handling communications, coordinating maintenance, overseeing compliance, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced commercial property management environment.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants via phone and email. Respond to general inquiries, service requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintenance Coordination
Receive and assign maintenance requests to appropriate personnel or vendors. Follow up to ensure timely resolution and tenant satisfaction. Vendor application screening. Insurance Compliance
Collect and track certificates of insurance from tenants. Maintain accurate records and follow up on missing or expired documentation. Administrative Support
Draft and distribute tenant notices, memos, and announcements as needed. Assist with the preparation and posting of building-wide communications. Maintain organization of the filing room and the employee breakroom. Maintain the organization of the key closet. Competencies
