Planning & Development Director Salary Note To address the City's budget deficit, City Council approved a 4.62% wage decrease (representing the equivalent of 12 furlough days) in the 2025 budget for non-represented employees effective January 1, 2025. Total furlough days are equivalent to 1 day per month and will be prorated based on the date of hire. City Council also approved a 3% COLA for non-reps, which resulted in a net decrease for non-rep wages of 1.62% over 2024 wages.
The full Salary Range for this position is below and is commensurate with experience and education.
Furlough: 149,217.78 to 199,970.03 Non-Furlough: 156,438.00 to209,646.00
