Program Implementation Consultant | Evaluation Support
ProSidian Consulting Services Firm is seeking a Program Implementation Consultant | Evaluation Support. This is a contract contingent basis located in Washington, DC, across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting a branch of DOE that leverages science and technology to address energy, environmental, and nuclear challenges, advancing climate and energy policies through strategic studies and policy analysis supporting analytical capabilities. This contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Evaluation Support Functional Area - Energy Technical Consulting Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Provide services and support as an Energy Technical Consulting (Program Implementation Consultant) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focusing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as the Department of Energy (DOE | OP) | DOE Office of Policy (OP) generally located in CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world). Responsibilities and duties include advising on effective implementation strategies for evaluated energy programs, aligning with Evaluation Support Functional Area initiatives as a Program Implementation Consultant, providing technical support and guidance for the implementation and optimization of long-term energy programs, and offering services such as Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting and Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis, and convening, as well as Energy Market Economic and Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). Desired qualifications for Program Implementation Consultant candidates include expertise in energy, policy, and technical consulting, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Key skills include analytical thinking, proficiency in data analysis tools, strong communication abilities, and subject matter expertise in energy and policy domains.
