Japanese auto parts manufacturing company in CA seeks Japanese Bilingual experienced Systems Analyst to support end users in
Oracle Fusion Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance, supply chain business processes and internal operational processes, along with proven technical troubleshooting skills. This role involves collaboration with consultants, end users, and stakeholders to ensure effective and reliable system operations.
Location: LA or TN
$100K to 130K
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Collaborate with consultants and end users to resolve support tickets.
Advise offshore consultants on system enhancements and maintenance.
Maintain and upgrade systems as required by Oracle.
Design and implement new computer systems and frameworks.
Plan and execute risk mitigation strategies for disaster recovery.
Create and maintain system guidelines, manuals, and documentation.
Conduct training sessions on system processes.
Assist users in generating reports in Oracle.
Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements; communicate plans for stakeholder review and approval.
Design and modify barcode labels using Bartender & Oracle (knowledge of warehouse processes required).
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the President.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience as a systems analyst.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL query writing and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment & Travel
DBA skills are a plus but not required.
Office-based role with occasional travel to U.S. and Mexico branch offices.
Collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
