Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Wood Personnel has partnered with a manufacturing company to find a bilingual administrative assistant who can provide essential office support while assisting with HR-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, HR experience as a plus, and an interest in learning more about HR processes such as onboarding, orientation, and employee file management. The position plays a key role in supporting both leadership and employees by ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the facility. Compensation for the Bilingual Administrative Assistant: 8-week Temporary Assignment $17.00/hour Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available Retirement plans available Standard on-site schedule Responsibilities of the Bilingual Administrative Assistant: Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and filing Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and maintaining calendars Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork, employee file maintenance, and orientation scheduling Act as a bilingual point of contact for employees and visitors, translating as needed Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information Assist with additional administrative and HR projects as assigned Requirements of the Bilingual Administrative Assistant: Bilingual English and Spanish, both written and verbal Previous administrative experience required HR experience is a plus but not required Willingness and interest in assisting with HR responsibilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels Reliable work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities
