Planning Planner , you will be responsible for leading and optimizing production planning, materials planning, and inventory management across Cibo Vitas global manufacturing and distribution network. This role ensures alignment between demand forecasts, production capabilities, and supply chain logistics to deliver high service levels, minimize waste, and maintain cost efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely production and distribution of our healthy snack products across multiple markets. -Develop and maintain production schedules in alignment with company goals. -Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure timely production.- -Analyze production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.- -Optimize resource allocation and workforce planning. -Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed. -Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. -Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.- -Prepare and present production reports to senior management. Requirements Qualifications:- -Bachelors degree in business, logistics, operations research, or related area-3+ years of experience in a production planning, logistics and materials -handling-3+ years in a manufacturing environment-ERP experience must-Food / Beverage Industry Experience preferred -Certificated in APICS -Capability and flexibility of managing changing business needs and requirements -Proven record of applied critical thinking in a variety of situations-Taking calculated initiative to drive improvements -Effective oral and written communications-Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as working independently and self-directed-Process oriented with a continuous improvement mindset -Ability to develop processes, train end users, and implement projects to completion-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook required
