We have partnered with a premere personal injury firm seeking a
highly motivated and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney
to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial, and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and other tort claims Conduct initial consultations and case evaluations to determine viability Oversee all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Draft pleadings, discovery responses, legal correspondence, and settlement demands Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to maximize client recovery Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary Supervise and collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other support staff Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations Stay current on personal injury law developments, court rulings, and legal trends Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar 1-5+ years of experience in personal injury law (trial experience a plus) Strong negotiation, litigation, and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency with legal practice management and case management software Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and continuing education support Collaborative and supportive work environment
