About You As a Client Service Representative, you'll play an important role in pets' lives by providing comprehensive care throughout their journey. The CSR is responsible for providing office support including greeting clients and patients, appointment scheduling, preparing medical records, answering and directing incoming phone calls, ensuring the lobby and front of the clinic are clean and welcoming, presenting and processing financial options and balancing payments. Strong client service skills are crucial as Client Service Representatives are the initial point of contact for clients.Experience & Skills Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus!Previous experience in a veterinary setting strongly preferredPrevious experience in a client service role preferredPrevious experience in a medical clinic preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills requiredAbility to multitask, prioritize and remain calm in a busy environmentComfortable using computers and handling sensitive materialMust possess a genuine love for animals and a commitment to client education and satisfactoinRole Responsibilities: Maintain a warm and welcoming environment for both clients and patients alikeUtilize a multiline phone system, accurately direct callsAnswer client inquiries to the best of your abilityMaintain a clear and concise medical record, documenting payments, client communications and moreProcess payment and balance accountsCommunicate efficiently and professionally with clients, technicians, assistants, doctors and other staff membersAbout the Hospital At Saint Francis Veterinary Center of South Jersey, we provide primary and urgent care to dogs and cats in Gloucester County and the surrounding areas. We also offer dentistry. We are proud to be accredited by the AAHA and certified as a Cat-Friendly practice. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $19/ hour.
