Responsibilities include: The Shift Supervisor supervises opening and closing procedures when scheduled as the Manager on Duty. Upholds all company operational standards to ensure a positive guest experience. Creating an excellent service experience for our customers Representing the brand positively Providing prompt service and quality products Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment We're looking for a Shift Supervisor with:
Supervisory Experience in Hospitality or Retail Strong commitment to excellent customer service and food quality Ability to complete opening and closing of the restaurant on a daily basis A knack for providing top-notch interactive service to our customers Previous experience in a restaurant/bakery We offer our Shift Supervisor the following benefits:
