We're looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Pharmacy Benefit Verification Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role supporting high-cost, high-complexity specialty medications. What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our specialty pharmacy operations team, you’ll:
Verify insurance benefits through both medical and pharmacy channels.
Submit and manage prior authorizations to ensure timely access to medications.
Troubleshoot claim rejections and resolve issues with payers.
Conduct monthly re-verifications to maintain continuity of care.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve benefit-related discrepancies.
What You Bring:
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Proficiency in data entry, insurance processes, and prior authorization workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Pharm Tech License (preferred not required)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
