Manage correspondence, draft letters and documents, and initiate telecommunications. Maintain the executive's schedule, including meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Coordinate schedules with other leadership as needed. Attend meetings on behalf of the executive and speak on their behalf when required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Prepare reports and assist with documentation requests. Manage action items and secure confidential information. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Frequent sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Constant ability to read, use a computer, and perceive colors. Manual dexterity for writing and operating a keyboard.
