Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This role is integral to the mission of providing exceptional client-focused insurance brokerage services.
Compensation Package
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000 annually Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities
Retain and manage existing accounts while assisting in the acquisition of new business. Market accounts/risks, review quotes for accuracy, and prepare proposals. Bind coverage for new and remarketed business; manage applications and follow up for signed documents. Review new and renewal policies for accuracy and forward them to clients. Prepare quotes and rewrite applications for book roll at least 45 days prior to renewal. Secure and submit required renewal underwriting information. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels. Prepare client insurance summaries upon request. Discuss policy changes and additions with clients and process changes through carrier websites or email. Maintain accurate records in the agency management system. Follow up on late premium payments and assist with claims resolution as needed. Process daily downloads, renewals, binders, ID cards, invoicing, and other documentation. Actively solicit account rounding, new lines, and coverage increases. Seek referrals from the current client base to generate new business prospects. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of prior brokering experience. Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software. Knowledge : Familiarity with standard personal lines, farm owner, and business products and markets. Soft Skills : Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, client-focused mindset, and ability to multitask effectively.
