We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Wellness Manager to develop, implement, and oversee a variety of wellness programs aimed at promoting the physical, mental, and emotional health. Key Responsibilities: Maintains a client base by selling minimum level of new Personal Training packages as determined by the facility manager. Promotes all facility programs/activities by discussing other department areas that may assist members with a total facility experience. Must keep current with facility calendar programs, events and activities. Maintains professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health, and fitness by remaining current with trends in the industry. Participates in facility events, activities, and seminars when directed by management. Provides excellent customer service and monitors guest feedback through the use of comment cards and other customer care techniques. Helps ensure facility is only accessed by actual members and/or guests, and that it is safe and secure at all times. Other duties as assigned. Program Development & Implementation: Design, launch, and manage wellness programs, events, and initiatives that support a holistic approach to health and well-being for our members. Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify the wellness needs and use this data to shape tailored initiatives. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams to ensure wellness programs are aligned with company goals and policies. Event Planning: Plan and organize health-related events, workshops, seminars, and training sessions that engage members and encourage participation. Program Evaluation: Track the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis and feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement. Communication & Engagement: Promote wellness programs through clear, effective communication to maximize member engagement and participation. Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee the wellness program budget and build strong partnerships with vendors and service providers to deliver high-quality wellness resources. Staying Current: Stay up to date on wellness trends, industry best practices, and emerging health topics to ensure our programs remain innovative and relevant. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Health, Wellness, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in wellness program management, health promotion, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and event planning skills. Ability to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships. Knowledge of current wellness trends and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a team-oriented environment. Strong team player. Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic. Professional manner, discretion, and appearance. Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational. This position required the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, walk, and talk. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
