This role ensures timely delivery of marketing materials and effective campaign performance through collaboration with internal teams and data analysis.Compensation:$55,000 annual (based on experience) + up to 15% annual bonus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll get to wear many hats and make a real impact on how we connect with our audiences. Your day-to-day will include:Bringing campaigns to life - Plan, launch, and track marketing campaigns across email, social, digital ads, and traditional media while making sure they hit their goals.Keeping us on-brand - Audit campaigns and events to ensure they align with objectives and find opportunities to make them even better.Creating buzz - Develop and curate engaging content for brochures, flyers, newsletters, social posts, and website updates that grab attention and tell our story.Owning our social presence - Manage social accounts by creating scroll-stopping posts, engaging with followers, and staying on top of the latest trends.Making events memorable - Coordinate trade shows, webinars, podcasts, and more-from the big picture planning to the behind-the-scenes logistics.Supporting sales & growth - Partner with internal teams to deliver campaign materials on time, maintain marketing databases, and manage CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.Turning data into action - Track and analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, then share recommendations that drive results.Adding your creative touch - Manage promotional inventory, proposal materials, and even assist with RFPs and shipping logistics when needed.SKILLS:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot is a plus but not required.QUALIFICATIONS:Associate or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.BENEFITS:Comprehensive Health Coverage:Group medical, dental, and vision plans available from the first day of the month following 90 days of full-time employment.Life and Disability Insurance:Basic life/AD&D, short-term, and long-term disability coverage provided, with options for voluntary life/AD&D.401(k) Retirement Savings Plan:Eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan at the beginning of the first calendar quarter following 6 months of continuous service.Paid Time Off (PTO):Accrue Paid Time Off starting on your first day of employment.Flexibility in Benefits:The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate any benefits programs as needed.GetixHealth is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
