Market Research and Insights Analyst

to support the development and execution of marketing insights research activities. This full-time, hybrid position based in Philadelphia offers an excellent opportunity for an analytical, independent, and dynamic individual to join a high-performing team, gain experience in various market research methodologies, and contribute to multiple improvement initiatives within a large corporation. Core Responsibilities and Tasks

Support the development and execution of consumer insight research projects. Collaborate with business partners and team members to translate business questions into research designs and analytics plans. Handle research-related ad-hoc requests such as survey writing, testing, and fielding. Support the research team by compiling, reviewing, proofreading, and editing documents and reports. Manage project timelines, meetings, and logistics. Coordinate and manage abbreviated research studies using agile research tools. Update tracking studies, focusing on KPI changes. Communicate with stakeholders and vendors. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Social Science, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field from a top university. 2-5 years of experience in market research or a related field. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn new technological and analytical tools and methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Strong workflow management skills, including organizational, time/project management, planning, and implementation abilities. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and requests. Capability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience and interest in survey-based market research and a fundamental understanding of research data. Familiarity with survey programming tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Decipher, Qualtrics, Suzy, My-Take). Experience with survey design and market research methods is an advantage. Proficiency with statistical packages such as Stata, SPSS, or R is an advantage. Technical background (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA, XML, Tableau) is an advantage.
