Responsibilities include: Working under the guidance and supervision of the staff nurse in providing personal care to the patientsFollowing the patients' plan of care for completion of tasks assigned to a home health aide by the registered nurse or other appropriate skilled professionalMaintaining an open communication process with the patient, representative (if any), caregivers, and familyDemonstrating competency with assigned tasks; complies with infection prevention and control policies and procedures; reports changes in the patient condition; and honors patient rightsHome Health Aide - Home Care Requirements: Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA certification from accredited 75-hour programBLS (Basic Life Support)Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred 1 year Home CareReady to Make a Difference?
