The Opportunity
As a Media Sales Account Executive, youll report directly to the Director of Advertising and serve as a strategic partner to your assigned advertisers. Youll work with both existing and new clients using a consultative approach to understand their business goals and deliver effective, multi-platform advertising solutions. Your role will blend relationship building, strategic thinking, and business developmentleveraging your networking skills, industry knowledge, and data-driven decision-making to grow revenue and deliver measurable results for clients. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of advertisers while developing new business opportunities Sell a full suite of advertising solutions, including digital, print, podcasts, custom content, and broadcast Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through a consultative sales approach Create compelling proposals using sales technology, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications Use data and analytics to guide recommendations and demonstrate ROI to clients Qualifications
25 years of advertising sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle What We Offer
