Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace)

29th August, 2025Our client in North Tonawanda, NY is looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their team! Our partner is a leading provider of shock and vibration solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team growing in the field of aerospace and defense. This is an onsite/ full-time/ direct-hire positionSalary based on experience: $65k-$100k Job Duties: Support and improve existing production processes through hands-on shop floor engagement. Perform root cause / corrective action Ability to drive/lead CI projects. Lean concepts including flow, work cell layout, workload balancing, & standard work. Experience with APQP / PPAP / PFMEA / DFMEA preferred. Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives across engineering teams. Project management Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent technical degree, from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years of professional Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. All applicants must be U.S. citizens Manufacturing Experience to include some Aerospace and some other Environments and Markets. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of fixturing and fixture design Proficient in working in CAD (Solidworks preferred) Ability to read and produce detailed technical drawings (ASME Y14.5) Experience with assemblies Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) Experience with complex assemblies Proficient in working in an ERP system Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are an equal-opportunity employer.
