Lead Engineer
interested in working within a startup-oriented environment while having the backing of a large company. If that's you, please read on. As the
Lead Engineer , you will report to the
Software Engineering Manager
and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve critical technical problems. You Will Champion code quality, reusability, scalability, security, and strategic software architecture decisions Mentor software engineers through code reviews, design patterns, and experience building large-scale public-facing software Collaborate with Product and Project Management to turn ideas into technical plans and achieve product and business goals Contribute to a positive work environment and culture, aligning with our core values
Qualifications
At least 8+ years as a Full Stack Software Engineer and 4+ years leading engineering teams Experience designing and implementing software architecture using modern technologies, with an understanding of their tradeoffs Organizational skills for task prioritization with a team of 4+ engineers Strong experience with
TypeScript/JavaScript, React, NextJS
(bonus) Experience with CMS (bonus: Contentful) Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and design patterns Proponent of testing with experience in unit, integration, and functional frameworks
