About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead the MSP/VMS sales activities for its workforce solutions in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by securing contracts with prospective clients, developing targeted client lists, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. This role involves extensive outreach, including phone calls, emails, and networking, to engage key stakeholders and decision-makers. The VP will also be tasked with securing meetings, effectively communicating the company's value, and negotiating contracts. Building and maintaining key relationships with client accounts, as well as representing the company at trade shows and networking events, are also key responsibilities.

Candidates for the Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in selling software, consulting, or strategic staffing solutions. A basic understanding of Vendor Management Systems and Managed Services Programs is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in the technology startup world, be a proven leader, and possess excellent people skills.
