Engage with our customers to understand their structure and workflow in order to become a trusted advisor Drive complex implementations while working side by side with the customers to meet their Information Protection security and compliance requirements Work with internal teams (e.g. engineering, sales, and product management) and external partners to ensure that customer requirements are well understood and tracked Coordinate with multiple parties to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to customer issues, and completion of projects Develop and mentor other PCMS resources to help improve their technical knowledge, project management, and customer management skills Knowledge of data protection tools including Broadcom, Trellix, Forcepoint and Microsoft (endpoint, email and casb) Define and document the best practice techniques, processes, templates, and architectures for use by the managed services team Leverage previous experiences, share best practices, and facilitate creative solutions to unique challenges maximizing the value of our Information Protection products Why Proofpoint

Consistent with Proofpoint values and applicable law, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible time off, a well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.
