DMG CPAs is a mid-sized, dynamic CPA firm providing Tax Planning, CFO, Advisory, and Client Accounting Services (CAS) to businesses with revenues between $1M - $10M and employee counts between 10-100 across the Southeast. Our firm operates on a flat-fee billing model, ensuring transparency and value for our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads for our tax planning, CFO, and advisory services. This role requires a proactive, relationship-focused professional who can engage potential clients, nurture prospects, and set appointments for our senior sales and consulting team. Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients. Qualify leads based on company size, industry, and service needs. Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.

Sales Pipeline Development:

Maintain and manage an active pipeline of leads in the CRM system. Schedule discovery meetings and consultations for Business Development Managers. Assist in moving prospects through the sales funnel by addressing initial objections and positioning DMG CPAs value proposition.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Research and understand prospective clients' financial pain points. Educate potential clients on DMG CPAs services and how we can support their business growth. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain relationships and enhance client experience.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Track and report on KPIs, including outreach activities, lead conversions, and scheduled meetings. Provide insights from client interactions to improve messaging and sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in professional services, financial services, or B2B sales. Strong understanding of accounting, tax, or financial advisory services is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage executives and business owners. Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through outbound sales efforts. Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage sales activities. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed performance targets. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Performance Metrics & Compensation:

This role includes a base salary with a commission structure based on: Qualified Appointments Set Conversion of Appointments to Sales Revenue Generated from Closed Deals Additional performance-based bonuses will be awarded for exceeding quarterly and annual targets.

Compensation

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 Base & Commission Benefits
