Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Clorox is enhancing its Integrated Business Planning capabilities to enable more effective, data-driven decision-making across Business Units (BUs). This position is within the Demand Planning Center of Excellence, dedicated to improving planning processes, tools, and capabilities enterprise-wide. We are seeking a Demand Planning Analytics Manager to develop analytical tools and process improvements supporting scalable, insight-driven planning. This role involves building reports and analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI to analyze forecast drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and improve planning accuracy. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of S&OP processes to enhance Cloroxs planning capabilities. This position is preferred to be hybrid or onsite. Remote candidates will be considered with travel as needed. In this role, you will: Technical Enablement and Model Support Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards with SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI for forecasting and planning insights. Create scalable reports to help Demand Planners identify trends, forecast drivers, and gaps. Collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams to design solutions supporting IBP processes. Monitor AI/ML model outputs and forecast accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and work with Data Science teams to improve models. Support scenario analysis and trade-off assessments using advanced analytics. Align with leadership on roadmap enhancements for planning tools and models.

Process Monitoring and Enhancement Gather feedback from BU Demand Planners to identify process gaps and improvements. Translate challenges into technical solutions and recommendations. Support development and documentation of standardized planning methodologies.

Capability Development Provide support and training for planning systems like Kinaxis RapidResponse and proprietary AI/ML tools. Lead training on process changes and digital tools adoption. Identify skill gaps and develop plans to enhance technical proficiency. Collaborate with BU IBP teams to ensure tools meet business needs. Partner with Product Managers to resolve technical issues and improve systems. Foster a community of practice among Demand Planners and Analytics Managers.

What we look for: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Databricks, or similar tools for data analysis. Proficiency with Power BI for visualization. Experience with planning systems like Kinaxis RapidResponse. Understanding of demand forecasting and S&OP processes. Knowledge of machine learning concepts and model diagnostics. Ability to influence and drive change without authority. Curiosity and a mindset for continuous improvement.
