Controls and monitors processes within production to ensure a smooth throughput of the production orders, taking into account optimum use of the resources. The Production Scheduling Professional position will be responsible for mid-term scheduling of the production floor finished goods packaging process. Daily review and reporting of the top level master schedule within the SAP ERP is the primary role for this position. Included in this daily execution plan is the on-going analysis of the master schedule and management of the rough cut capacity plan for the kitting operation. This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Production Scheduling Professional, you will be responsible for: Maximizing service levels while achieving inventory targets. Completing and maintaining reports Managing Engineering Change Orders (ECO) Performing detailed cost analysis Reviewing and maintaining planning parameters Implementing short and long range inventory strategies Planning and coordination of new product introductions Recommending solutions to complex inventory issues Negotiates issues related to planning and logistics May participate on high visibility teams that will require accurate and timely data analysis and the ability to meet project deadlines.

Required Education, Skills & Experience

BS/BA in a related discipline 2-5 years of Supply/Chain/Production Planning experience. Must be able to collaborate across functional areas that include purchasing, manufacturing, technical support, quality and distribution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer and data analysis skills Experience with MS Office applications Specifically Excel (formulas/pivot tables/charts) Experience with high volume, short shelf life products Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

Preferred Experience, Skills

Experience in Healthcare / Medical industry Experience working in a regulated industry SAP usage (PP module) / implementation experience Certification: CPIM desired (Does not need to be current)

Compensation

The Annual Base Pay For This Position Is Min $89,000 - Max $133,500. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance. Benefits
