Production Control Clerk
Location: HI - Maui The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Production Control Clerk to support our government customer located in Kihei, Hawai'i. Description of Responsibilities: Provide escort, planning, design, management and services in support of the maintenance, repair, demolition and construction of facilities and infrastructure while referring to all AF Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) Playbooks. Operate and maintain real property (RP), utilities, Building Equipment (BE) or Asset Record and infrastructure. Develop and maintain a weekly In-service Work Plan (IWP) for a rolling three-month period utilizing the NexGen IT or other approved method/system. Ensure Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program requirements are programmed in the In-Service Work Plan. Ensure Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program requirements have precedence over all other work except emergency work. Ensure the Facility Project (FP) is approved and prioritized by the WRRB and are programmed in the In-Service Work Plan. Coordinate for approval prior to removing mission-essential systems/equipment from service for any reason. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Required Degree/Education/Certification: Education requirements depend on finalized Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' experience with Department of Defense Civil Engineering facilities, maintenance, repair, and operations, to include a minimum of two (2) years' experience directly managing/supervising within an Operations Function.
