The Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding market presence in the U.S. by developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, partners, and end-users. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused professional who can identify opportunities, deliver effective solutions, and consistently achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to promote gas detection solutions across residential and industrial markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, contractors, and OEM partners. Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to customers. Collaborate with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to address customer needs. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance market visibility. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis. Travel within the U.S. as required (estimated 2530%).

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred. 35+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in safety equipment, sensors, building products, or industrial solutions. Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and organizational skills. Technical aptitude and interest in gas detection technologies. Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office. Domestic travel required (no international travel expected).
