Sr. Security Engineer
to build, maintain, and upgrade security technology including Identity & Access Management (IAM) to control risk in accordance with established corporate security policy. Duties include: develop IAM solutions and support products related to single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and passwordless login; operate within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of a Product Management Model; manage a suite of products through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies; design application solutions related to identity data service and drive the technical implementation on user data analytic platforms; design, implement, and deploy IAM products on premises or in the cloud; collaborate with IAM, infrastructure, and security teams to modify software or correct errors; define and enforce IAM standards and configuration specifications; analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility; provide industry trend analysis and knowledge of upcoming security trends related to IAM; lead team members in IAM solution designs and implementations; assist with strategic direction specific to Privileged Access Management; build and engineer Identity Access Management (IAM), SSO, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, Ping Identity products; telecommuting available. Multiple positions. Responsibilities Develop IAM solutions and support products related to single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and passwordless login. Operate within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of Product Management Model. Design, implement, and deploy IAM products on the premises or cloud. Work with various IAM, infrastructure, and security teams to modify existing software or to correct errors. Define and enforce IAM standards and configuration specifications; analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility. Provide industry trending analysis and knowledge of upcoming security trends related to IAM. Lead team members in IAM solution designs and implementations. Assist with strategic direction specific to Privileged Access Management. Build and engineer IAM, SSO, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, Ping Identity products.
Qualifications
Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Two (2) years of experience in CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Java, Python, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs; Cloud technologies: Azure, AWS, or GCP; IAM authentication protocols: SAML, or OAUTH/OIDC; Pingfederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory; Development of custom authentication flows; and Data analysis for retail and/or healthcare industries.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $109,512.00/year to $196,000.00/year. This pay range represents the base salary for the job grade. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. The position includes an equity award program.
