We are hiring an exeprienced
ETL Developer
to support data migration to Workday HCM. The role involves building ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and mapping legacy data, while working closely with stakeholders and data teams. The candidate must be based in Richmond, VA or willing to relocate. Requirements:
6+ years of experience in ETL/data migration projects Minimum 3 years of experience migrating data from legacy systems into Workday HCM Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend) Proficiency in T-SQL and working with stored procedures Familiarity with tools such as SSRS and SSAS Experience with database design and data modeling Knowledge of systems such as Kronos and Cornerstone is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience in documenting workflows and facilitating knowledge transfer Responsibilities:
Extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems to Workday HCM Define data mappings and maintain documentation Build and support ETL pipelines (SSIS, Informatica, Talend) Ensure data quality through validation and testing Optimize ETL performance and resolve issues Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders Support reporting and provide training on ETL processes Maintain ETL best practices and documentation We offer:
