Deliver exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers. Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget. Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication, adding them to the sales pipeline. Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process. Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale. Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market. Qualifications
Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends. Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success. High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred. Possess a valid U.S. drivers license and can travel by car. Has superb interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation
