Job Description

The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to the executive team by managing complex administrative tasks. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a meticulous eye for detail, and demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong time management skills, sound judgement and problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently and as a team member. Adaptability to manage unexpected changes and remain composed under pressure. Competencies in planning and scheduling, preparing reports, and compiling correspondence. Demonstrated proficiency in current computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Extensive experience with calendaring in Microsoft Outlook or other calendaring systems.

Required Qualifications

Experience processing requests in an accurate and timely manner. Considerable communication, organization, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated multitasking skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to deal with a diverse group of external and internal clients in a fast paced environment. Considerable working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Ability to regulate and control office activities and work flow. Must be computer literate with ability to learn new software programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of university, state, federal and NCAA rules and regulations preferred. Experience in higher education or Intercollegiate Athletes preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
