CNC Mill Programmer
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer to join a family-owned machining shop located in Warren, MI. Our shop prides itself on maintaining a clean environment equipped with newer machinery, predominantly Mazak Mills and Lathes. As a job shop, we handle diverse projects, producing up to 60 million parts annually for the cold header/fastener, construction, and aerospace industries. We require a dedicated professional to program Mazatrol from scratch and manage the entire machining process. Responsibilities
Program Mazatrol from scratch and manage the entire machining process. Set up machines, perform tool changes, adjust offsets, and run the machine. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Utilize measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges. Work primarily with steel materials while maintaining tight tolerances. Draw upon experience from a prototype or similar job shop environment. Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist with expertise in Mazatrol control programming. Proficiency in setting up machines, performing tool changes, adjusting offsets, and programming from scratch. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Possession of a personal toolbox and measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges). Capability to hold tight tolerances. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with 3-5 axis machining is advantageous. Mastercam programming skills are a plus. Experience in tooling for fasteners is beneficial. Why Work Here?
