As part of our application process, we ask all candidates to complete two short assessments to help us get to know you better beyond your resume. We use the Predictive Index, which includes a Behavioral Assessment and a Cognitive Assessment.
Below is some information to help you know what to expect:
Behavioral Assessment The Behavioral Assessment is untimed, free-choice, and measures four key factors: Dominance, Extraversion, Patience, and Formality. This helps us understand your core behavioral drives and how they align with the role and team.
Cognitive Assessment The Cognitive Assessment measures general mental ability and capacity for critical thinking. It's not an IQ test - rather, it consists of 50 multiple-choice questions, and you'll have 12 minutes to complete as many as you can. This helps us gauge how quickly you can learn and process information related to the role. The assessment covers three areas: verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning.
What You Need to Know: Please complete the Behavioral Assessment first. After submitting it, you'll receive a separate email with a link to the Cognitive Assessment. Make sure you're in a quiet place where you can concentrate, especially for the timed Cognitive Assessment.
