Donahue Fitzgerald, LLP is seeking an associate attorney for our Real Estate practice in our Oakland office. The position will provide hands-on support for highly challenging and interesting legal assignments, supporting multiple attorneys. The annual minimum billable hours requirement is 1610, and employees can earn a bonus for hours worked in excess of the minimum. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 3+ years of real estate transactional experience with an emphasis on leasing Ability to negotiate and document leasing transactions for both landlord and tenant Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented Must be a self-starter with superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments The ideal candidate will also have strong academic credentials from a top law school. The candidate must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar. The salary range for this position applies to California. It reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $140,000-$190,000.
