to support our technicians, customers, and service advisors with accuracy, professionalism, and expertise. What You'll Do Assist technicians and retail customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts. Accurately process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts catalogs, inventory systems, and manufacturer requirements. Support service and sales departments by ensuring timely, efficient parts availability. Deliver excellent customer service with every interaction, whether face-to-face or over the phone.
