Direct & Indirect Sourcing Analyst OSM Manufacturing Philippines Corp

Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sourcing Analyst to manage the sourcing and procurement of both direct and indirect materials. This role involves supplier management, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and experience in handling procurement processes for both production and non-production materials. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate suppliers for both direct and indirect materials, Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and value. Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability. Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues to ensure compliance with terms. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and maintain optimal stock levels. Track procurement expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Work closely with production, finance, and other departments to align sourcing strategies with company goals. Address and resolve issues related to material shortages or delays. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, purchase orders, and related documents. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and procurement for both direct and indirect materials. Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools is required. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
