Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan appropriate actions, and resolve claims effectively. Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution. Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the process. Handle claims in accordance with clients' and company policies, procedures, and standards, complying with all legal and ethical requirements. Document and communicate claim activity promptly to support the claim outcome. About You
Ideal candidates will have: Claims Background:
Workers' Compensation, Lost-Time claims experience. Jurisdictional Experience:
Workers' comp claims experience with CT, MA, NH, RI, VT. Active Adjusters Licenses:
CT, NH, RI, VT licenses are required. As a key member of our experienced Claims Adjuster team, you will: Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims using your analytical skills. Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the claims process. Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants effectively. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma. Minimum of 5 years related claims experience. Proper licensing/certification in all states where claims are handled. Knowledge of industry standards and practices. Proficiency with claims and business software. DESIRED:
