Were a fast-growing AI startup (BRIA AI) revolutionizing how enterprises leverage conversational intelligence. Our leadership team moves quickly, and we need a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to keep us on trackwhether in TLV or NYC. What Youll Do
Office & Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations (office supplies, vendor management). Liaise with HR, finance, and facilities teams for cross-functional needs. Organize offsites, team events, and investor updates. Executive Support: Communications & Content: Craft clear, engaging posts (LinkedIn, company blog, Twitter/X) in
English . Assist with internal newsletters and executive communications. What Were Looking For
Bilingual Fluency:
Native or near-native in
English and Hebrew
(written & spoken). Proactive & Discreet:
You anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with care. Flexibility:
Comfortable shifting priorities, juggling TLV/NY time zones, and occasionally working outside standard hours. Communication Skills:
Exceptional writing/editing ability for social media and blog posts. Organizational Wizardry:
2+ years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment. Tech Savvy:
Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, project-management tools (Monday, Notion). Nice to Have
Experience in a tech or startup environment Basic graphic-design chops (Canva, Figma) for quick visuals Familiarity with VC/investor-relations processes Seniority level
