Senior Energy Transactional Attorney

Job Overview: A leading law firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Energy Transactional Attorney with deep experience in oil and gas transactions to join its Texas-based practice. This partner-track or lateral partner role is suited for a legal professional with over a decade of experience, a well-established presence in the energy sector, and a strong track record of business development. The ideal candidate will bring an existing referral network and the ability to independently generate significant revenue while building and leading a robust oil and gas transactional practice.
