The Cloud Identity & Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and management of the organization's Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. This technical role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of these critical cloud platforms while providing expert support to users and internal IT teams. Primary Responsibilities Microsoft Entra ID Administration Administer user accounts, groups, and organizational units within Microsoft Entra ID

Configure and maintain conditional access policies and multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings Manage application registrations, service principals, and enterprise application

Implement and maintain single sign-on (SSO) configurations for business applications Monitor and troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues

Perform user access reviews and maintain compliance with identity governance policies Configure and manage guest user access and vendor collaboration settings

Microsoft Intune Management Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)

Create and manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselinesOversee application deployment and updates through Intune app management

Monitor device enrolment, compliance status, and security posture Troubleshoot device and application deployment issue

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Administration Administer GCP projects, resources, and billing accounts

Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles and permissions within GCP

Monitor and maintain GCP compute instances, storage, and networking resources Configure and manage GCP security services and policies

Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures for GCP resources Optimize GCP resource utilization and cost management

Troubleshoot GCP service issues and performance problems

Security and Compliance Implement and maintain security best practices across all managed platforms Monitor security logs and alerts for suspicious activities or policy violations

Assist with security audits and compliance reporting

Maintain documentation of security configurations and procedures

Coordinate with security team on incident response and remediation activities Ensure adherence to organizational security policies and industry standards

Support and Troubleshooting Provide tier 2/3 technical support for Entra ID, Intune, and GCP-related issues

Diagnose and resolve authentication, device management, and cloud platform problems

Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides Train and mentor junior IT staff on cloud platform administration

Collaborate with vendors and Microsoft/Google support teams to resolve complex technical issues

Operational Excellence Monitor platform performance, availability, and capacity metrics Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches

Implement automation scripts and workflows to improve operational efficiency Participate in change management processes and deployment activities

Maintain accurate inventory of managed devices, applications, and cloud resources

Generate regular reports on platform usage, security, and compliance metrics

What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune device management

2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform administration

Strong understanding of identity and access management principles

Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Google Cloud SDK scripting#

Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) concepts

Technical Expertise Microsoft Entra ID: User and group management, conditional access, application proxy, SSO configuration

Microsoft Intune: Device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, Windows Autopilot

Google Cloud Platform: IAM, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC networking, Cloud Monitoring, billing management

Security: Multi-factor authentication, conditional access policies, security baselines, compliance reporting

Scripting: PowerShell, Azure CLI, Google Cloud SDK, basic Python or Bash scripting

Networking: Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network security concepts

Professional Certifications (Preferred) Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer

CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
