Position OverviewShearer Supply is seeking an experienced (2-3 years) eCommerce professional to manage daily website operations, drive online sales growth, and optimize customer experience on our website ShearerSupply.com In a past role you might have held titles like eCommerce Consultant, Category Owner, Online Producer, Digital Merchandising Specialist. At Shearer Supply we are a scrapy team looking for someone who can help us with:eCommerce Platform ManagementMaintain and optimize product catalogsManage eCommerce platform (Unilog, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or enterprise systems) Using advanced Excel skills (vlookups, data analysis)Execute product imports, updates, and category managementCoordinate with development teams on platform customizationsPerform basic HTML/CSS coding for front-end improvementsCreate and manage site pages, navigation, and content per business calendarDigital Merchandising & AnalyticsDrive sales growth through conversion rate optimization and enhanced user experienceAnalyze performance data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or TableauComfortable pulling data and digging out meaningful actions to implement to improve the website.Manage homepage banners, promotions, product launches, and category merchandisingImplement cross-sell/upsell strategies to increase average order valueMonitor site performance and recommend UX improvementsCustomer SupportHandle customer inquiries via email, chat, and support ticketsTroubleshoot technical issues and provide escalation when neededSupport internal teams with platform training and guidanceAdditional Skills (Preferred)Basic graphic design using Photoshop or CanvaPIM data syncs - matching items and syncing content with PIMs or other systems.
