About the Role
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make real impact through paid digital campaigns? Sweathouz is hiring an Associate Media Buyer to help scale our performance marketing efforts across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. This early-career role is perfect for someone who is already hands-on in campaign execution and looking to deepen their skills in paid media buying, testing, and optimization. You’ll support campaign builds, asset trafficking, performance reporting, and creative testing—all while collaborating with a fast-moving team dedicated to driving growth and elevating the Sweathouz brand. This position is fully remote, though candidates must reside in the U.S. and be available during standard Eastern or Central time business hours.
What You’ll Do
Launch and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
Ensure flawless campaign setup: audience targeting, UTM tracking, creative assets, and pacing
Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and impressions daily
Support creative testing and A/B experiments to improve performance
Compile and update campaign reports in Excel/Google Sheets
Work with brand and creative teams to organize and traffic new ads
Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and optimization opportunities
What You Bring 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing or building paid digital campaigns (agency or in-house)
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search & YouTube)
Working knowledge of digital KPIs and ad tech (UTMs, audiences, attribution basics)
Strong attention to detail and a love for analyzing performance data
Experience working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or campaign trackers
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
