Physician & Clinician Compensation Analyst to be a key member of the team responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs for Duke Health Integrated Practice and Duke School of Medicine clinical faculty and clinically focused Advanced Practice Provider (APP). This role ensures pay structures, inclusive of clinical and academic pay elements, are market competitive, equitable and aligned with organizational objectives. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist DHIP/SOM leadership in the administration of physician and clinician compensation programs. Complete modeling and analysis of compensation plans in collaboration with DHIP/SOM Finance teams. Build and analyze models of compensation plans as needed. Complete monthly performance reports for all clinicians in assigned portfolio. Complete performance reconciliations for the community division on a quarterly or annual basis. Collect, analyze, and review compensation and productivity data for annual survey submissions. JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in financial analysis, information gathering and reporting or clinician contracting in the healthcare industry is required. Proficiency in analytical software, financial analysis tools, clinician contracting platforms, or statistics is preferred. JOB HOURS The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
