Full-Time Position Summary Homer City Redevelopment is seeking a skilled and motivated legal professional to join our team as Assistant Deputy General Counsel. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, and redevelopment projects. The Assistant Deputy General Counsel will provide legal support across all departments, with a focus on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, confidentiality agreements, terms and conditions, and other business-related contracts. This position will also support the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel in managing business disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our headquarters in Blairsville, PA. Key Qualifications 3 to 7 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate, in-house, or business law environment Experience in drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or redevelopment industry is preferred but not required Demonstrated sound legal judgment in complex or ambiguous situations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams Licensed attorney in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar Compensation & Application Homer City Redevelopment offers an excellent compensation package, including a target bonus, for the selected candidate.
