Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape and use insights from market analysis to refine sales strategies and approaches. Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set, identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to generate business, to include room sales and food & beverage sales. You will be a people person who is great at growing and maintaining long lasting relationships Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets while providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
