We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President (SVP) - Employee Listening, Engagement & Experience Lead to join our People Team organization. This role can be located in Pittsburgh, PA, Lake Mary, FL or New York, NY.
This individual will focus on enhancing both employee engagement and employee experience. This role will drive the design, implementation, and management of employee feedback mechanisms, including the configuration and optimization of survey platforms, to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive employee listening strategy that advances employee engagement and experience in alignment with BNY's culture and business goals.
Oversee the configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of employee survey platforms to capture actionable insights on engagement and experience.
Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Business Leaders to ensure survey design and feedback processes effectively address employee needs and organizational priorities.
Analyze survey data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, delivering clear recommendations to senior leadership.
Drive initiatives that foster a culture of open communication, trust, and continuous feedback across the enterprise.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure technology platforms are leveraged effectively and securely.
Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on employee listening, engagement, and experience analytics.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Proven leadership experience in employee engagement, employee experience, organizational development, or related fields at a senior level. Expertise in survey platform configuration, data analytics, and employee feedback methodologies. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations preferred.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $175,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
