Summary
The Chemistry Technical Supervisor oversees the administration and maintenance of the Chemistry Technical programs, including EPRI Water Chemistry Guidelines and Laboratory Quality Control. This role ensures programs align with regulatory requirements, station goals, and policies. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry or related field + 6 years of operational chemistry experience. - Or Navy Nuclear Power Training or equivalent experience in Chemistry at a nuclear power plant, totaling 10 years. - 2 years supervisory/management experience. Preferred Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interface with internal and external customers. Nuclear Requirements
Employees may be called upon to serve in the Emergency Response Organization and support outage activities, including line roles and responsibilities. Major Accountabilities
Coordinate and oversee chemistry support programs to protect plant systems. Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and station priorities. Implement action plans to meet department and station goals. Monitor trends, evaluate data, and recommend safety and performance improvements. Lead a high-performing team through coaching, training, and development. Export Compliance / EEO
